be an accurate representation of the actual item.
Sales tax: Sales tax of 5.517% will be applied
to orders with shipping addresses within the state of Oklahoma.
Payment Methods: Amelia's Designs accepts personal checks, and VISA or MASTERCARD only.
Processing and Shipping: Once payment has been received, your order
will be shipped within 24-48 hours via UPS (United Parcel Service) unless other arrangements are made.
We do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.
Shipping and insurance rates will vary depending upon the items purchased and the shipping
destination.
When you place your order, shipping costs
will be calculated and you will be contacted with a total price including shipping and insurance.
Returns and Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is very important, therefore
if you are not completely satisfied with an item it may be returned in original, new condition with tags attached for exchange,
credit or refund. Exchange, credit, and refunds will be only for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping
and insurance.
Please contact us within 10 days
from receipt to request a return authorization. Once authorization is given, the item must be insured and shipped back
to Amelia's Designs within 7 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance cost.
Amelia's Designs is not responsible for returned items that have been lost in return
shipping. Exchanges, credit or refunds will not be issued for lost items.
